Food of the future
As part of our commitment to renewables, The Gas Hub has partnered with Wellington on a Plate to showcase our hydrogen gas BBQ at this year’s Burger Wellington Festival in August to bring you Food of the Future.
You'll hear from Shepherd Elliot on some of the cutting edge farm-to-plate ideas he’s testing at The Development Kitchen, and Sustainable Foods/Plan*t will showcase the future of plant-based proteins and delicious meat-alternatives. All while eating sliders cooked up on our exceptionally fast, hot and efficient hydrogen gas BBQ, which is helping guide what the future of cooking with gas may look like and helping us all work towards a carbon zero future in the process.
