We are connecting homes and businesses to gas at level 2.

As demand ramps up at level 2, we thank you for your patience, you’ll understand there is a bit of a backlog to clear so your connection might take a little longer, as we keep everyone safe. If it’s urgent and you are without hot water, heating or energy for cooking, we will get you prioritised and your gas connection up and flowing.
